About Delivery

1. All orders will be delivered via S.F Express, definition and addresses of S.F service centers, S.F stores, 7-11/OK convenient stores and industrial/ commercial areas are subjected to S.F Express announcement.

2. We offer FREE delivery via S.F Express, definition of S.F service centers, S.F stores, 7-11/OK convenient stores and industrial/ commercial/ residential areas, excluding special areas defined by S.F. Express (single location only) for purchases over HK$300 after any discount and using promotion code. For orders under HK$300 after any discount and using promotion code, fixed delivery charge will be HK$30/ order/ location.

General

1. We may revise the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.

2. The company accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payment; orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. Due to operational need, Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

3. HK$0.5 per each plastic shopping bag will be charged in accordance to the Hong Kong regulation when necessary.
